If you’re like us, we know you’re usually too busy to read boring T&C’s, so we’ll try to keep these brief and to the point…

Online Shopping

We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. The colours may vary to how you see them and as our embroideries are hand embroidered, each style will be unique.

By submitting an order to Fairlie Curved through this website, you agree to be contacted by us via email.  We may from time to time contact you to share new products or information.  We will never share your details with third parties.

On submitting an order you certify and confirm that you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and accurate and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the recipient referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the recipient referred to in the billing details.

Acceptance of your Order

Shortly after you have placed an order with Fairlie Curved, you will be sent an email confirmation.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Fairlie Curved Ltd will take place when your order is dispatched from our premises.
We may however have to reject your order based on a number of factors listed below:

• Your payment has not been authorised.
• An electronic error occurred not completing the full purchasing process.
* Unexpected out of stock situation.

After your order has been placed and payment authorised, cancellations or modifications can only be made by contacting Fairlie Curved by email. If the order has not been processed yet, we will do everything we can to action your request. Changes or cancellations can not be made once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Shipping originates from our head office in Inverclyde, Scotland. Shipping and packaging charges, which are payable by our customers, are extra.

Payment at time of order

All online purchases are subject to immediate payment using paypal, credit and or debit cards.
Please ensure that you submit your account number and the expiration date. All information should be provided in the appropriate field. Please verify the data you inputted for accuracy and completeness.
All online purchases are priced in Pound Sterling (£).
If your payment is made in a different currency, your final cost will depend upon the rate at which your bank card company exchanges your currency for Pound Sterling and any additional fee charged for such exchange by your bank card company. The exchange rate may be fixed by your bank card company on a day other than the day on which you request product. Such charges are not levied or controlled by Fairlie Curved Ltd.

Product Availability

Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity. All items are subject to availability. In the event a size / style is ordered by numerous customers at the same time and results in being over sold or out of stock, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative or refund.

Delivery of products

Product shipping
The accuracy of the shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure that the products you request can be delivered in the normal course. Fairlie Curved Ltd cannot be held responsible for returns occasioned by incomplete or incorrect delivery instructions.
All reasonable efforts will be made to assure prompt delivery of your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify receipt with the delivery service. Failure to identify properly to the shipper problems upon delivery may result in your inability to pursue a claim.
Items are sent by Royal Mail standard post for UK orders and Royal Mail Tracked for International orders.

Delivery time
As our Perfect Fit Tees & Sweats are amended, printed and embroidered to order when pre ordered, please expect up to 3 weeks before dispatch.
We will aim to get your orders out quicker than this because, as we know, if you’re like us, you’ll want your gorgeous new products asap.
However, as part of the process is hand made, it can take time.

All other items are dispatched within 3-7 working days.
During busy periods please be patient as we are a very small team – we promise we are working as fast as we can.

Shipping may take longer during UK holiday periods, Christmas, Bank Holidays, Easter etc.

Standard UK Shipping – £4.99.

UK Tracked 24 – £6.50.

UK Special Delivery guaranteed next day before 1pm for orders raised before 2pm Mon- Fri – £15.99.

European and International orders – £18.99.

Please note delivery times are not guaranteed during Royal Mail Strike action.

As we are a small business our office is closed over the weekend and orders will not be sent out during this time.

Fairlie Curved is not responsible for any customs charges. These are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer. For more accurate information, I suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.


Fairlie Curved Ltd prides itself on its high quality level, fit of products and it’s service. If you have feedback or a wish to raise an issue, please contact us at once. We will work hard to understand the situation and if applicable will offer a means to remedy the situation. Please keep all documentation with you and contact us immediately. Please inspect the parcel upon receipt to make sure it is consistent with the order and that there are no obvious flaws. Damage claims should be clearly recorded, dated and signed on the delivery invoice or delivery note. All concerns must be made within 5 days of product delivery. Feedback and complaints should be sent by email to hello@fairliecurved.com.

A full explanation of the problem, as well as the damages occasioned thereby must be detailed in your communication to Fairlie Curved. After an analysis of the situation, Fairlie Curved Ltd, at its own discretion, will determine the appropriate remedy. Fairlie Curved Ltd will not be liable for causes arisen by third parties including direct or indirect, incidental, accidental, loss of profit or revenue or any other loss arisen or related to a breach of this agreement or for claims against you by any third party.


In the event of any items being incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hello@fairliecurved.com with a photograph and description and we will do everything we can to sort out the problem, be it an exchange or refund. Where Fairlie Curved accepts a return in the case of an obvious flaw or the nonconformity of the products delivered with an order, Fairlie Curved Ltd will allow the replacement of the product, or the return of the amount paid by the consumer. By accepting this, you and any other party involved, agrees to waive any additional claims it may have, including for interest and other payments.

If you do not wish to keep the full price items you have ordered, that’s not a problem.  You can return your unworn garments, that are still in a resell-able condition, as long as labels are still in tact, within 14 days and we will refund the value of your item purchased.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. We are really trying to do everything we can for our environment, so please be careful not to send any garments back with make up or deodorant marks – these can not be resold and we do not want to risk any of our garments ending up in landfill.

A return card will be included with your order, please provide as much information as possible – your feedback is invaluable to us  – (we also need your name and order number, it’s amazing how many blank ones we receive and we have no idea who sent them), then just post the card and your item back to the address on the card.  If you have misplaced the return slip, our address is below, just please ensure you include a note with your details and reason for return.

Please note we process all returns on a Friday.  As we’re a small team, during busy periods returns can take up to 14 days to be processed, but we promise to try and be as quick as possible.

All earrings are non returnable.

Sale items are non refundable but can be exchanged for a credit note.

We are afraid Fairlie Curved does not cover the cost of return postage, that’s the responsibility of the consumer and initial postage costs will not be refunded.

Please obtain proof of postage as should the parcel you are returning, disappear, we are afraid we won’t be able cover the cost of the product.
